Russian inland tug Contessa active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item reported that the one of the most important Russian tugs active on the Danube was the oil-fuelled Contessa of around 200 tons displacement, 1.200hp horsepower and active between Turnu Severin, Romania and Braila and which was formerly Romanian property.
