Russian inland tug Kharkov active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item reported that the one of the most important Russian tugs active on the Danube was the (ex-Turan) Kharkov with a displacement of 200 tons, a horsepower of 1.200hp and active in the rapids of the river.
