Of the Rhin-class dept ships. Laid down by Loreint Naval Dockyard in August 1964, launched on 5 May 1965, commissioned on 5 February 1966, hospital ship since 1980, dismantled in January 1997, condemned by 30 May 1997, used as a breakwater at Saint Mandrier Toulon, France until she was sold in June 2018. Pennant since 1997 Q732.

Especially built for laboratory and radiological experimental service support for the Pacific Experimental Centre (CEP) carrying out nuclear tests in Tuamotus Archipelago, French Polynesia (Pacific).
Crew numbered 10 officers, 39 petty officers and 69 sailors. Displacement 2.074 (standard)-2.445 (full load) tons and as dimensions 101,50 x 13,10 x 4,25 metres. Fitted out with 2 SEMT-Pielstric diesels supplying .200hp and allowing a speed of 16,5 knots and a range of 13.000 nautical miles with a speed of 13 knots. Armament consisted of 2-12,7mm machineguns. Able to carry 3 Alouette helicopters in her hangar.
