An item reported statements of river personnel which went with the Soviet SDGP Yakutsk downriver through the Danube cataract area. Before this voyage they served on board of a similar SDGP which went to Kiliya, USSR [nowadays Ukraine]. There they saw the Obuda, the by the Soviets at the end of the Second World War confiscated MFTR passenger ship Elisabeth-Karoline and a MFTR floating dry dock and the former DDSG passenger ship Kauhausen handed over to the Soviet Union in 1951. All mentioned ships seemed to be never used after they were berthed at Kiliya.
