Ship repair facilities at Odesa, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 10 April 1959

An item reported that at the ship repair facilities in the harbour of Odessa, Ukraine for Soviet ships were under repair including one 3 cargo ships and one tanker. The ships were berthed with the bow out, an anchor forward and aft connected with ropes to the shore.
