The tugs of the Polish Oder Navigation Company according to a CIA report dated 22 November 1950

Dutch built screw steam tug between 1948-1950

An item reported that the Polish Oder Navigation Company possessed over around 62 tugs stationed at Kozle (30), Wroclaw (22) and Szczecin (10). The at Kozle stationed tugs had a horsepower of 150-300hp, a crew numbering around 7 men and were active between Kozle and Wroclaw and just like the more powerful tugs stationed at Wroclaw bought in the Netherland after the Second World War of original German. The tugs stationed at Szczecin had a horsepower of 100-250 hp and a crew numbering 5 men. All crewmembers were Polish, the many Silesian German sailors were all replaced. It was not allowed to go ashore between Krosno and Gryfine. At Wroclaw ere the former German tugs stationed, namely Dolko I (12 men, 750 hp), Slask (14 men, 1.050 hp), Kopernik (12 men, 750 hp), Grunwald (12 men, 500 hp), Kordecki (10 men, 500 hp), Walbryzch (10 men, 400 hp), Sikorski (10 men, 350 hp), Krasinski (10 men, 450 hp) and Nankier (10 men, 350 hp).
