British tug Rosa E. Silva built in the Netherlands in 1909 according to the Dutch magazine Scheepvaart dated 31 December 1909

A list of the ships launched in 1909 reported the British tug Rosa E. Silva 113 of tons built by Jonker&Stans, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht  for account of Jos. Constant, London, England.(1)

 Note

1. The Dutch newspaper De courant dated 11 October 1909 published an item dated Madeira 2nd reporting that she was examined and according to experts was the damage caused by the rough seas. The suggested repairs were done. She was bound for Pernambuco.
