British tug Rosa E. Silva built in the Netherlands in 1909 according to the Dutch magazine Scheepvaart dated 31 December 1909

A list of the ships launched in 1909 reported the British tug Rosa E. Silva 113 of tons built by Jonker&Stans, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht  for account of Jos. Constant, London, England.(1)

1. The Dutch newspaper De courant dated 11 October 1909 published an item dated Madeira 2^nd reporting that she was examined and according to experts was the damage caused by the rough seas. The suggested repairs were done. She was bound for Pernambuco.
