A report dated 9 February 1944 sent by the Mar. Verbindingsoffizier beim Hafenkommandanten Konstanza to the Kommando 10. Sicheringsdivisie at Constantza, Romania described the available tugs in the harbour over there. The civilian harbour authorities possessed the tug Pasla. Under repairs.
