Bulgarian fleet seek refugee at Sevastopol, Crimea according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 16 July 1913

An item dated St. Petersburg, Russia 14thJuly reported that the Bulgarian fleet which seek refugee at Sevastopol, Crimea was ordered to leave or otherwise to be disarmed. The Bulgarian officers preferred disarmament and the crews were to stay in Russia until the war ended.(1)

This must be the First Balkan War between 8 October 1912 and 18 July 1913 between Bulgaria, Montenegro, Greece and Serbia at one side and the Ottoman Empire at the other side.
