Very worse catch results for German Greenland whalers and seal hunters according to the Dutch newspaper Nederlandsche staatscourant dated 18 August 1819

An item dated Hamburg, Germany 12^th reported that 6 ships returned from the whale and seal hunting of Greenland with totally just 156 quardelen blubber. The results were that year generally worse.
