Explosion on board of British destroyer HMS Bullfinch killing 9 men according to the Dutch newspaper De locomotief dated 7 August 1899

An item dated London, England 21^st July reported that that due an heavy explosion on board of the British destroyer HMS Bullfinch during an exercise at Portsmouth, England nine crewmembers were killed and another four wounded.(1)
