An item dated London, England 28 December reported that a British destroyer strike the rocks in the St. Andrews Bay at the Scottish east coast. Her entire crew reached with the boats the shore safely.(1)

1. This must be HMS Success of the B-class destroyers, laid down by William Doxford&Sons Sunderland shipyard with yard number 282 on 18 September 1899, launched on 21 March 1901, completed in May 1902, commissioned on 9 June 1902 and wrecked off Fife Ness on 27 December 1914.
