Built with yard number 373 by Flensburger Schiffsbau Gesellschaft, Flensburg, Germany in 1928 for account of the Amburg Amerikanische Packetfahrt A.G., Hamburg, Germany. Destroyed by the American light cruiser USS Omaha (1) and destroyer USS Jouett (2) on 5 January 1944.
