Laid down by Pattison, Naples, Italy on 19 February 1910, launched on 5 September 1911, commissioned on 20 October 1911, lost at Venice on 26 June 1915 and stricken on 26 August 1915. Of the PN- class torpedo boats 1st series 1 PN-12 PN, 13 OS-24 OS, 25 AS-32 AS, 33 PN-38 PN and 39 RM. Displacement 108 (standard)-140 (full loaded), dimensions 42.50 x 4.64 x 1.47 metres. Crew number 30 men. Machinery consisted of 2 Thornycroft water tube boilers and vertical triple expansion steam engines, with 3.200 hp allowing a speed of 27 knots, range 800 nautical miles/15 knots and 175 nautical miles/27 knots. Armament 1-57mm/6 pound cal 43 quick firing Nordenfeldt gun and 2x1-45cm torpedo tubes.
