An item reported that the Danish cruiser Hejmdall was to visit Leith, Scotland shortly and to bunker 100 tons of coal.(1)

1. Of the Hekla-class, launched at the Naval Dock at Copenhagen, Denmark on 30 August 1894. commissioned in 1895, decommissioned on 22 October 1930. Crew numbered 156 men. Horsepower 3.000hp, range 1.800 nautical miles/10 knots and speed 17 knots. Displacement 1.342 tons and as dimension 72.30 x 10.36 x 3.61 metres. Original armament 2-12cm guns, 2-8,7cm guns, 4-3.7cm guns, 2-8mm machine guns, 1-45cm torpedo tube and 3-38cm torpedo tubes.
