Anonymous German destroyer sunk in the Sont according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 12 September 1939

An item dated Copenhagen, Denmark 11 September referred to reports of Danish ships that in the afternoon the day before a German destroyer strike south of the Sont a mine and sunk. Her crew was rescued by another German warship although it was assumed that there were at least 10 victims.
