Precaution measures taken to prevent fishing vessels to enter the prohibited area according to the Secret Admiralty Weekly Intelligence Summary Nr. 63 for the week ending 28 February 1920

An item reported that after the trawlers Strathord and Casoria of Scarbourough respectively Grimsby sunk after striking mines additional fishery protection vessels together with the British minesweeper HMS Badminton (1) from Portland were sent to keep fishing vessels from going too close to the prohibited area.

1. Part of the Hunt-class minesweepers Aberdare-subclass, launched by Ardrossan Dry Dock&Shipbuilding Company on 18 March 1918 and sold to be broken up on 19 May 1928.
