An item reported that the Russian destroyer Pospyeshni [Pospeshnyi] lying at Tuzla, Gulf of Ismid [Turkey] was handed over to the French authorities.(1)

1. Novik-class Shchastlivji sub-class destroyer, built for the Black Sea Fleet in 1914, captured by German in 1918, captured by United Kingdom, handed over to the Russian White Army in 1919, interned by the French at Bizerta, Tunisia in 1920, handed over to Soviet Russia and scrapped after 1924.
