Tasmanian whaler Litherlands spoken according to the Colonial Times dated Friday 25 January 1850

An item reported that the Hobart Town whaler Litherlands was spoken on 30 December 1849 off the Dromedary. While it was blowing very heavy at the time was it impossible to ascertain the quantity of oil.
