Can act as V/STOL aircraft carrier. As basic design was that of the Spanish Navantia built Juan Carlos used. Building ordered on 1 June 2015, laid down by Sedef Shipbuilding Inc., Istanbul, Turkey on 7 Feburary 12018, launched on 30 April 2019 and commissioned on 10 April 2023.  Displacement 27,436 (amphibious assault ship)-24,660 (V/STOL aircraft carrier) tons and as dimensions232 x 32 x 58 (height) x 6.9 (draught) x 27,5 (depth)metres or 761.2 x 105.0 x 190.3 x 22.8 x 90.3 feet. Propulsion consists of 5x8,000kW/11,000hp  Navantia Man diesel genertaors, 2x11 MW/15,000hp Semens PIDOD and 2x1,500kW/2,000 hp bow thruster allowing a speed of 21 knots and  a range of 9,000 nautical miles/16 knots. An endurance of 50 days. Transport capacity 4-6 rubber boats, 4 LCMs or 2 LCACs, 1,223 men, 11 UAVs and 10 helicopters on deck, 30 UAVs and 19 helicopters in the hangar, 13 tanks, 37 ZAHA amphibious assault vehicles, 6 armoured personnel carrier, 33 armoured vehicles, 15 trailers. Crew numbered 1,443 men. Armament consisted of 1 RAM system, 2 Phalanx CIWS, 5-2.5cm Aselsan STOP RCWS and 4-12.7mm/0.50” Aselsan STAMP RCWS. Carried of aircraft 10 Bell AH-1 Super Cobra helicopters, 2 S-70B Seahawk, (30-50 foldig-winged) Baykaer Bayraktar TB3 and Baykar Bayraktar Kizilelma UCAV
