Ventura Blanco Viel appointed as Chilean Minister of War according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 21 December 1898

An item dated Valparaiso, Chile 21^st reported that Ventura Blanco Viel (1) at that moment minister of war and navy would become minister for foreign affairs and general Sübercasue would become minister of war.
