Part of Admiralen-class preceded by Wolf- of Roofdier-class. Built after the drawings supplied by the British Yarrow yard and based on the design of the British experimental destroyers Ambuscade and Amazone. On stocks at the Burgerhout’s Scheepswerf en Machinefabriek te Rotterdam 15 August 1928, launched 14 November 1929 and commissioned 14 November 1930. Her call sign was BK. Due to Japanese aircraft attacks 24 and 28 February 1942 at Tandjong Perak heavily damaged but managed to arrive at the Navy Establishment at Surabaya. There 2 March destroyed by her own crew. After the war found back at Surabaya as the Japanese patrol boat 106. Couldn’t be repaired and sunk as a target by gun exercises September 1949 off Zwaantjesdroogte in Madoera Strait.
