British cruiser HMS Bonaventure bound for China according to the Dutch newspaper De locomotief dated 19 July 1900

An item dated Hong Kong, China 19 July reported the departure of the British cruiser HMS Bonaventure towards China. The reason for her departure was the Boxer Rebellion, Boxer Uprising- Yihetuan Movement between 1899-1901.
