An item dated dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 7 September referred to a list of the Dutch Greenland whalers by two French privateers of St. Jan de Luz between 19 July and 1 August captured and burnt at Groenland. It included Commandeur Gerbrant Claesz, van Uytgeest, de Gulden Arent, 5 whales.
