Dutch Greenland whaler de Koning Salomon lost according to the Dutch newspaper Oprechte Haerlemsche courant dated 8 September 1693

An item dated dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 7 September referred to a list of the Dutch Greenland whalers by two French privateers of St. Jan de Luz between 19 July and 1 August captured and burnt at Groenland. It included Commandeur Marten Jacobsz., de Koning Salomon 5 whales. Lost in the ice.
