German collier Valencia providing Russian cruiser acccording to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 22 August 1904

An item referred to a telegram sent from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain to the Daily Mail reporting that the German collier Valencia departed rounding Cape Juby [southern Morocco] to provide the Russian cruiser recently present off the Portuguese coast.
