Outbreak of Russian fleet at Port Arthur expected acccording to the Dutch newspaper Deli courant dated 27 September 1904

An item reported that an outbreak of the Russian fleet at Port Arthur was expected.(1) The ships were again seaworthy and to act with the Wladiswostok squadron which was also refitted after the fights with Kamimoera.
