Siamese screw steamship Alligator 1859-

Siamese name Chawrak’e. English name Alligator. Dimensions 200 x 27 feet. Built in 1859. Owner P’aya P’isan. In 1865 bought by the government and became the warship Avudian Power, fitted out with a 70hp steam engine. An armament of 9 guns. Decommissioned in 1872.
