Deed of chartering dated 14 March 1663 between owner Cornelis van Couwenhove for himself and other owners of the ship Goude Lew [Gouden Leeuw] and Johan van Cerrebroucq and Cornelis de Beer to fit her out and the latter party to fit her out with a master, a crew, victuals, fishing equipment to go coming season towards Groenland for whaling under commandeur Lourens Harmanse and afterwards to return to Rotterdam for unloading and to pay the owners 3,200 guilders.
