Number of Communist Chinese submarines not clear according to the Australia Station Intelligence Summary dated 1 March 1955

An item reported that there were probably three Communist Chinese S-class submarines at Tsingtao. There were never sighted more as 2 submarines in January but pennant numbers suggested a total of three submarines.
