Reefer Sussex damaged by mine according to the Dutch newspaper Vlissingse Courant dated Monday 27 November 1939

An item reported that the Friday before the reefer Sussex of 11.066 was slightly damaged when striking a mine in the Channel. A day later arrived she escorted by tugs on the Thames.
