British steam hopper Sir Henry Mather Jackson built at Sliedrecht, Netherlands according to the Dutch magazine De ingenieur dated 10 January 1925

An item reported the successful trial on the Nieuwe Waterweg, Netherlands on 30 December 1924 performed by the British steam hopper Sir Henry Mather Jackson. She was built by the N.V. Scheepsbouwwerf Baanhoek at Sliedrecht, Netherlands. Dimensions 170 x 32 x 15 (hold) feet and a cargo capacity of 24.500 cubic feet. The steam engine of 500 ihp and the steam winches for closing the bottom valves were manufactured by Penn&Bauduin, Dordrecht. Netherlands. Fully loaded was the average speed 8,25 knots on the measured mile.
