Romanian tug Astrahn or Astrakhan active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 27 June 1952

An item dealing with the merchant shipping traffic on the Dabube with as destination Ismail and Reni (Ukraine) between 15 February and 10 March 1952 reported the departure from Vienna, Austria of the Romanian tug Astrahn or Astrakhan with a cargo of turbines and motors and towing 4 barges loaded with Motorin (diesel oil?) stored in barrels bound for Ismail.
