An item reported that the fenced and
road served Soviet Sokolskoye Boatyard with the geographic coordinates 57.08.45
North and 43.09.40 East was located in the northern part of Sokolskoye on the
east bank of the Volga. The shipyard possessed a side-haul marine railway with
7 buildings (3 construction-repair and 4 support) and was possible used for the
construction of small barges.
