The Ardagan sister ship of the Kars, laid down in December 1908 at the New Admiralty Yard, St. Petersburg, launched on 25 September 1909, completed in December 1910, between 31 July 1918 and April April 1920 of the White forces then captured by the Bolshevik forces, renamed Trotskiy and in 1927 Krasnyy Azerbaydzhan and existing until 1954?
