Arms trade between Estonia and Russia of German weaponry according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 23 dated 11 December 1920

An item reported that at Port Baltic, Estonia boilers for locomotives destined for Russia arrived containing disassembled machine guns and other fire arms, hand grenades, material for poison gas arrived via sea and rail coming from Germany. The Bolsheviks possessed the fast motor boat Agda steaming between Port Baltic and the Russian coast and several sailing ships.
