Portuguese shipbuilding program changed according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1910-1911

An item referred to the magazine The Engineer that as a result of the wishes of the British cabinet the Portuguese plans were changed. A new shipyard along the Taag opposite of Lisbon was to be founded and at British shipyards were to be built 2 battleships, 6 cruisers, 13 destroyers and 6 submarines.
