This was the so-called Russo-Turkish War (24 April 1877-3 March 1878 between the Ottoman Empire and a coalition led by the Russian Empire consisting further of Romania, Serbia and Montenegro. The latter three principalities claimed after the defeat of the Ottoman Empire their formal independence and further more became Bulgaria an autonomous state.

Built by Stabilimento Tecnico Triestino Werft Linz. Commissioned on 15 September 1915, seized by the Allies and transferred to Serbia on 8 December 1918, handed over to Romania on 14 April 1920, handed over to Russia in 1944 and returned to Romania in 1950. Tonnage 600 ton and as dimensions 61 x 10.5 x 1.3 metres. Crew numbered 91 men. Armament consisted of 4-12cm guns, 2-7cm guns, 2-4.7cm guns and 6-8mm guns. Speed 13,4 knots.

For Austria respectively Hungary were the Treaties of St. Germain and Trianon leading. Lists were made of the involved vessels including some details and what their fate was to be. A list dated Paris, France 2 August 1921 reported that the nationality and ownership of the Austrian DDSG (1) barge No. 67117 with a tonnage of 661 tons was confirmed to be Yugoslavian on the ground of seizure.(2)

An item dated Saloniki, Greece 26th reported the arrival of the British cruiser HMS Dartmouth (1). The Nieuwe Groningen courant dated 27 January published an item dated Saloniki reporting the arrival of her yesterday evening at Bucharest, Romania.(2)
