Building ordered on 1 June 2015, laid down by Sedef Shipbuilding Inc., Istanbul, Turkey on 7 Feburary 12018, launched on 30 April 2019 and commissioned on 10 April 2023. Displacement 27,436 (amphibious assault ship)-24,660 (V/STOL aircraft carrier) tons and as dimensions232 x 32 x 58 (height) x 6.9 (draught) x 27,5 (depth)metres or 761.2 x 105.0 x 190.3 x 22.8 x 90.3 feet. Propulsion consists of 5x8,000kW/11,000hp Navantia Man diesel genertaors, 2x11 MW/15,000hp Semens PIDOD and 2x1,500kW/2,000 hp bow thruster allowing a speed of 21 knots and a range of 9,000 nautical miles/16 knots. An endurance of 50 days.
