The Portuguese shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1932 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine Proc. dated July 1932 which reported that the Portuguese cabinet for her latest shipbuilding program including cruisers, gunboats and submarines received tenders from 18 British, 7 French, 7 Italian, 5 Dutch (1), 4 Spanish and 1 Belgian shipyards.
