An item referred to the newspaper Staats Courant reporting that the towing company n.v. Stoomsleepboot Metje Cornelia was founded at Rotterdam for a period of 25 years. The share capital consisted of total ƒ 20.000 divided over 40 shares of ƒ 500. W. Goudsbloem was appointed as director. It was not permitted to have at the same time more than one tug property.
