H. Ludewigs of Millingen, Netherlands received concession for a towing service according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 12 November 1877

An item reported that the minister of waterstaat, handel and nijverheid on the 9th gave H. Ludewigs of Millingen permission to found a steam salvage service on the rivers in seven provinces.
