Russian and Czech military escaped from Vladivostok to Japan according to the Secret Admiralty Weekly Intelligence Summary Nr. 63 for the week ending 28 February 1920

An item reported that Russian naval cadets and some Czech officers escaped with the Russian ship Orel captain Kititsyn from Vladivostok seeking refugee in Japan and asked the British government for stores and fuel to be able to go to Europe.
