Catch results of the German Greenland whalers of Hamburg according to the Dutch newspaper ’s Gravenhaegse courant dated 27 August 1708

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 25 August reported the arrival at Copenhagen, Denmark of the Greenland commandeurs Pieter Jaspersen and Hans Jurgensen who left Greenland on 18 July and which said that 20 whalers of Hamburg caught totally 43 whales.
