Bolsheviks increasing their influence in Black Sea Area according to the Weekly appreciation of matters of naval interest No.13 week ended 15 March 1919

An item reported that south Crimea was also troubled caused by Bolsheviks approaching and the pro-Bolshevik feeling of the workmen at Sevastopol. The Russian rear admiral of the Black Sea command sent reinforcements to Sevastopol and furthermore was the evacuation of refugees being prepared.
