United Kingdom-flagged, IMO 4907103, MMSI 234642000 and call sign GBBB. Batch III Type 42 destroyer. Laid down by SWan Hunter, Tyne and Wear, United Kingdom on 18 January 1980, launched on 20 June 1982, baptized by Lady Gosling on 9 August 1985 and the same day commissioned. decommissioned on 27 September 2012 and broken up in Turkey in August 2015. 

Displacement 5.200 tonnes and as dimensions 132,3 (waterline)-141, (over all) x 14,9 or 434-463 x 59 feet. Speed 34 knots. Crew numbered 269-301 men. Armament consistes of 1x2 Sea Dart missile launcher with 40 missiles, 1x11cm/4.5" Mk8 gun, 2-2cm Oerlikon guns, 2xPhalanx CIWS systems, 2x3 anti submarine torpedoes and 1 Lynx HMA8 helicopter armed with 4 anti ship missiles and 2 anti submarine torpedoes.
