St. Petersburg, 28 March. Yesterday was the Panoptikon a building outside the city complete destroyed by fire. The wooden building with 5 floors could accommodate around 3,000 men. Some workmen were killed by the fire. The building was used to accommodate sailors and it contained some naval workshops.
