Fire on board of British steamship Ikala according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 2 November 1916

An item dated Galveston 30 October reported that on board of the British steamship Ikala in the cargo holds no.’s 3 and 4 fire broke out damaging 1.880 bales cotton.
