According to a tiding dated London 7 March amounted the navy budget for the year 1895/1896 18.701.000 British pound as the department officially announced even 1.334.9000 British pound as the budget for 1894/1895. The admiralty wanted to started with the building of 4 cruisers 1st class, 4 cruisers 2nd class, 2 cruisers 3rd class and 20 torpedo boats and destroyers and wanted to propose to loan the needed money for the new building.
