German naval personnel increased according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1909-1910 no. 3

An item reported that the number of sailors in the German increased from 25.015 in 1898 to 50.536 on 31 December 1909 and expected was a further grow to 53.769 in the end of 1909.
